Before ordering, ensure your Profile/Channel/Page is publicly accessible to users worldwide.
Orders are final once in "In Progress" status. Contact us for cancellations on "Pending" orders.
Each order receives a unique Order ID.
For order issues, provide the Order ID in the chat box for assistance.
When placing an order regarding on any of the following services: consultancy, customization, profile review, optimization, YouTube SEO, please contact us within 12 hours if there's more information that we should consider. Otherwise, we'll deliver the service consisdering the information found on the link you provided when placing the order.
All orders processed within 12-24 hours.
If there are any delays with your order, we take the responsibility to update you regarding the delay within 24 hours after placing the order.
We guarantee the promotion services we deliver.
When placing an order regarding on any of the following services: consultancy, customization, profile review, optimization, YouTube SEO, any additional information about these services should be communicated within 12 hours post-order.
Do not open disputes without contacting us first. Contact us via chat box or email for order-related issues.
By placing an order, you agree to receive order-related communications via the provided email.
Do not place orders with different providers using the same link simultaneously.
Changing profile/channel names or deleting accounts post-order is considered fraudulent and voids warranty.
The following services are not refundable: consultancy, customization, profile review, optimization, YouTube SEO.
For promotion services, total or partial refunds are available if we can not start the delivery of a service in 48 hours after the order was placed.
Refunds are not available if the order was fulfilled.
Refunds are not available if the order is in progress.
1. Make sure your page/profile/channel/group is public when placing an order.
2. Provide additional information within 12 hours after placing an order for any of the following sevices: consultancy, customization, profile review, optimization, YouTube SEO. If no information is provided, we'll use the information found on the provided link.
3. Do not place YouTube related orders for videos that are not publicly available or not published.
4. Do not use more than one service simultaneously for the same link.
5. Wait for an order to reach completion or cancellation status before placing another.
No cancellation for duplicate orders; both will be marked as Complete.
6. If there's an issue with an order, wait for restart, refill, cancellation, or completion before placing a new one.
Prices and conditions can change without notice; current conditions are in service descriptions.
The speed and timing of the services are indicated in the service description and communicated by email after placing the order.
The usual delivery-timeframe for promotion services are 12-24 hours if not stated differently in the service description.
